Everything

#Reverb11
What made you laugh this year?

So many things.  So many things.  Where could I possibly begin?  2011 was filled with so much. So much! Laughter.  Here are just few glimpses:

Here’s a baby who can’t seem to keep her clothes on, no matter what we seem to do.  She wiggles out repeatedly.  This is actually a good night because at least her night gown isn’t completely off.

Here’s a mama who was told to look ‘glowing’ in her picture.  It was taken right before a certain finger went up.

Here’s the same mama who was taken up a canyon for a bbq one week before her baby came and actually went into the hospital that very night with contractions.  Sorry guys, she’s taken — even if she is just so breathtakingly gorgeous in all her nine months glory.

Here is a daddy who decided it would be an awesome idea to grow a 70’s porno mustache for no other reason than he could.  Not much else I can say about that.

This appears to be a cake made to look like a turkey.  Thankfully it is not a turkey made to look like a cake.

Here is a boy who decided to look like a Spanish cowboy.  I have no idea why, he just decided to do so.  He kept the mustache and cowboy hat on all day.  Like all Spanish cowboys the mustache is kept on with scotch tape.

Here is a boy again who wanted to make me laugh while I was on bed rest.  He walked out of my bathroom looking like this.  I laughed so hard I cried.  I wish I could have captured the walk that went with it.

How could I not have laughed through 2011?  These snapshots represent typical glimpses of a “Day in the Life of”.  Laughter truly resonates in my home and for that I am so grateful.

Another great post. It's good to have so much to laugh at. You look like you have a lot of fun, that's the only way to live.
P.S.- there is no shame in growing a porno mustache just because you can. It is why we can after all.
