And Then There Were Nine

#Reverb11
Party time.  Tell us about the “best” party you attended this year.
We all came together that day to celebrate the founding of our state and what should have been the day my little girl was to be born.  Instead she came three weeks early and came home from NICU.  It was a day that ended with fireworks, just how my pregnancy began.

There are few women in my family.  We are few but resilient.  We carry on our heritage with energy and excitement.  There are sparkles to our eyes and a love for the world.  My little girl, this little bundle of happiness, fits right where she belongs.

All of us together.  Oldest to youngest and everyone in between.  Let our fireworks reach the farthest star in heaven.
